The UTA respects everyone ranks should they be legitimate. Network members may test in or out of the UTA. The UTA might respect utside ranks but may not recognize them with a UTA certificate. Duplicate or equivalent rank certificates must be awarded only through in person testing.

Anyone who meets time in grade, Skills and has significantly contributed to the growth of the UTA and has a history over thier time in rank as having accomplished significant growth may test with the UTA.

Those who do not train, support or serve on councils helping to grow the UTA network are not eligible. Those people are welcome to test elswhere and wear thier rank proudly at UTA events.

Depending on your past certification, whom it came from, how one achieved it would determine weather or not the UTA would recognize ones past certifications with awarding a UTA Dan grade certificate.

Outside guest, Network members and members are welcomed to test out side of the UTA network. The UTA will welcome all guest at events and respect your ranks but will only recognized with UTA certificates those that meet all qualifications and test within the UTA under GM Jason Wadley
